How to use nuba WEB conference features ?

• I want to share a document with participants.
  
  You must be the moderator, or the moderator must have promoted you as an animator.
  Then click on the icon "ADD A DOCUMENT". Choose the file you want to upload and share (.doc .docx .gif .jpg .pps .ppt .pptx .txt .xls .xslx.). When the file has been downloaded on our server, you can see each page of the document appearing on your screen. Choose the one you want to present, it will appear in the middle of your screen and in a full page screen to all participants in the same time.

• I Want to send Instant messages to participants and moderator during the conference call.
  
  Use the nuba Instant messaging feature included in the nuba Web Conference access. Just write your message in the small window located on the bottom left, then choose to send it to ALL, or moderator only, or choose the participant you want to send it to.

• I want to use the nuba white board feature.
  
  The white board is dedicated to share notes, drafts, ideas on all screen in the same time, like during a brainstorming at distance for example. To activate the white board, just click on "WHITE BOARD" in the left colomn of nuba WEB Conference Apllication.

• I want to use the nuba Instant Messaging feature during the WEB Conference.
  
  During the nuba WEB Conference, you can ask questions directly to the moderators only, or have discussions with participants. The moderator can control access and right for this feature.

• I want to control the participant list and manage audio options from internet.
  
  Log in to the nuba Web Conference, then click on AUDIO CONSOLE to see the phone list of participants present in the conference. We suggest you ask your participants to register to nuba before the conference in order to see directly on your screen, name, surname and phone numbers of your participants.
  From the audio console, you can mute/unmute participants. You can also disconnect participants.
