How to use nuba AUDIO Conference call features ?

  • I would like to record a nuba Conference Call, then download and/or share the audio document.
    To activate recording, press *44 when you are in the conference. All participants will be informed in the same time. You can also activae permanently this feature from the AUDIO SETTING area on our website.

  • I want to record my own  WELCOME message for participants.
    If you are the conference call moderator, using your own nuba PINCODE, you can record your own welcome message. Start the conference, then press *55. Follow the operator instruction to record and save your audio welcoming message.

  • I want to mute phone microphone during the conference call
    Please dial *1 to mute or un mute your phone microphone.

  • I want to mute all participants microphones during the conference call
    This is an EVENT mode feature. Only EVENT Conference call can use this feature. To make an EVENT Conference call, read below. To mute or un mute all participants microphones, press *66 during the conference. Only the moderator can use this feature.

  • I want to know how many participants are in the conference call.
    Please press *2 to know how many people are in the conference in addition of you.

  • I want to lock the Conference Call access to new participants
    Please press *3 to lock or unlock the Conference Call access.

  • I want to activate or desactivate the « Name on Entry/Exit » option.
    Please go to the SETTING area in our website, then choose to activate or desactivate the « Name on Entry/Exit » option.

  • I want to inform participants about the next Conference Call I organize.
    Scheduling the Conference Call is NOT MANDATORY. This feature is only done as a moderator « helper ». This feature offers you to send automaticaly an email including all informations requested to join the Conference Call to all attendees. Please go to the SCHEDULER area, then choose dates, time and the Conference Call Options, then click on « GO ». You will receive an invitation email, just transfer it to participants.

  • I want to organize an EVENT Conference Call (up to 100 participants)
    This exclusive feature allows you to manage a large group of people during a conference call.
    Please go to the SCHEDULER area in our website, then choose to activate the nuba EVENT mode, then click on « GO ». You will receive 2 invitations email, one for moderator's), one for all participants. You just have to transfer the right invitation to the right persons.
    All participants will join the conference with microphones muted. The name on Entry/Exit option will be desactivated.
