Yes. You just dial the national number of the country you are setting. nuba provide direct local Instant Conferencing Services in more than
10 countries. In other countries, use our special international number.
Yes nuba can be be used from many different
countries for the same conference call.
Everyone joining the conference pays for their own local call charged by the their telephone service provider
You can have up to 100 participants at any one time. No limitations for the duration of your conference call.
Press *1 to switch on/off your microphone. It is recommended to switch off his telephone microphone when you are in a noisy environment, or when you use your mobile phone, or when you use the speaker of you telephone.
Press *3 to know how many participants are present in the conference call.
Press *4 to record your conference call. See below how to download and share recordings.
1/ If you are the moderator, you can download and share the audio conference call file from nuba website. Log in as nuba user and click on “Records” and choose the file you want to download or share in “My recordings” section. nuba provides MP3 file.
2/ If you are a participant, follow the same process, but your access to the audio files depends on the moderator. Please contact him to request a share access to his conference call.
The PODCAST & RSS section offer you to download automatically all records of your nuba account on your IPOD or MP3 player in the nuba audio folder.
You can save 10 recordings per section. The recordings are valid for 3 months.
Yes. The confidentiality of your conversation is secured and protected. A unique conference reference is created for you. Each person entering the call is announced, you can lock the conference call (press *5) and you can do a head count check (press *3) during the conference call.
nuba WEB and VIDEO features are AUDIO advanced features. You must be a nuba member using nuba AUDIO Conferencing to be able to use WEB and VIDEO options.
Nuba has dealed with Telecom carriers a commission fee of the total amount of minutes done by all nuba users.
